Behind The Seams: A day with the I’M IN team 💕

It’s not just about the products – it’s about the people who dream them up, stitch them together, and deliver them to your doorstep.

At our annual team get-together, every department came together under one roof to celebrate another year of I’M IN.

(Not forgetting our IT team who keeps our website and systems running smoothly, and our HR & admin team who take care of all of us!)

From sharing meals to brainstorming new ideas, the day was a mix of laughter, good food, and big dreams.

(Hint: we might have been talking about new pieces you’ve been asking for 👀)

Our director shared the annual letter – a reminder of how far we’ve come, and where we’re going. Every small step adds to the mosaic of what makes I’M IN.

At the end of the day, it takes a village. Every team, every stitch, every brainstorm, every package shipped – all of it is for you. 💕
