How do I use the discount codes?
To receive 20% off storewide, do use the code 'IMINBLACK'. If you have spent over $150 and would like to receive our free masks, do use the code 'IMINBLACK15' at checkout.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
No, you can only use 1 discount code for 1 checkout.
How do I know if I am entitled to the free gifts?
You will be entitled to a free Avalon beauty drink when you spend above $30. To be entitled for the free masks, you would be required to spend above $150 with the use of the discount code 'IMINBLACK15'. All free gifts will not be reflected at checkout but fear not, they will automatically be included in your parcels. *All free gifts are while stocks last, do check our sale page for updates on the status of our free gifts*
Do I have to add the free cheekies into my cart when checking out?
No, you don't need to do that as the free matching cheekies will automatically be included in your parcel when you check out 2 or more bra/bralettes.
Will you be restocking during the sale?
All items that you can see on our website are the items that are on sale for the duration of the Black Friday sale from 24.11.17 to 27.11.17. We won’t be restocking, with the exception of backorders, until the sale is over so hurry and get it before it’s gone!
Why did an item disappear from my shopping cart?
We know that you may be disappointed when you realise that you did not manage to get your hands on our beloved intimates. However, items are not reserved even though they are in your cart, so hurry and check out now! 😉
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Items generally take 3-5 working days to reach you. An email confirmation with the order details and tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed. For more information, do check out our shipping page here.
Can I exchange Black Friday sale items?
Great news! We have made an exception for you this Black Friday so yes, you can exchange Black Friday sale items (cheekies are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons). Each return request would require a flat rate restocking fee of S$6.99.
The restocking fee helps to cover a variety of cost incurred when item(s) are returned. This includes paying employees to process returns, repackaging and restocking the item(s), testing the product etc.
Can I return Black Friday sale items?
We are sorry but sale items are not eligible for returns. For more information, do check out our returns & exchange policy over here.
