As we enter Phase 1 of Post-Circuit Breaker as announced by our Singapore government, our operations team will be back to work in full force from 2nd June 2020 onwards while the rest of the team are still working from home.
Our retail stores cannot be open till Phase 2 of Post-Circuit Breaker, please take note of the extended exchange and returns policy below. Once we receive any news on the opening of the retail stores, it will be shared on our website as well as social media.

1. Exchange validity period will be extended.
For orders with shipping date (purchased online) / purchase date (purchased in retail store) from 07-03-2020 to 18-06-2020, the exchange validity period with be extended to 01-08-2020. This applies to all orders in Singapore only.
2. Returns validity period will be extended.
For orders with shipping date (purchased online) / purchase date (purchased in retail store) from 07-03-2020 to 18-06-2020, the returns validity period with be extended to 01-08-2020.
3. Minimal packaging
For orders made from 06-04-2020 12:00 pm to 01-06-2020, as the 1st priority is to send out your orders as quickly as possible, all orders made during the above mentioned period will not be packed in our I'M IN pink box. This is to save the time required from our 1 man team during this period from folding boxes to processing your orders. Your order will still be sent in sturdy carton boxes to prevent any damage from delivery. We thank you for your kind understanding.
4. I'M IN retail stores adjusted operating days.
From 07-04-2020 to 30-06-2020:
Reopening date in Phase 2 of Post-Circuit Breaker.
5. Customer support remains open with adjusted response time.
Our customer support team will be working from home in the interim. Do take note that our CS team takes 3 working days to revert(excluding weekends and public holidays), thus please refrain from sending multiple emails as it will be refreshed to be dated to the latest date/time and thus causing more delays in replies. We are committed to put in our best to answer all enquiries in a timely fashion. Some delays or inconvenience is expected.
