Order Processing will be processed within 2 to 10 working days.

Due to the projected high influx of orders, please take note that, all air-ee thick straps signature edition orders placed during the launch will be dispatched between 13th to 28th September 2022.

Once its dispatched, Singapore delivery will take 1-2 working days, Malaysia 2-4 working days, International orders 5-10 working days.

Strictly no changing of order to prevent delay/confusion in order processing. Should you need to change design/color/size, please exchange it based on our exchange policy.
Exchange & Return Policy:
Air-ee Thick Straps (Signature Edition) bras purchased in this buy 1 get 1 free sale is only eligible for exchange to Air-ee Thick Straps (Signature Edition) bra to another size and/or colours only. Exchange must be completed within 30days from the date of shipment. Bra must be in original condition with tags on. I'M IN reserves the right to reject any exchange if the bra is damaged or tagless. Strictly no Returns.
CARING FOR YOUR AIR-EE BRAS
First few washes.
Wash them individually as color transfer may occur especially for the darker colors. It's normal.
Hand Wash Always.
Do you know that washing your intimates in washing machines can cause unnecessary damage such as furring, change in fabric color, tearing, change in cup shape and staining etc. We won't want that, so treat them with care so that they can serve you longer.
We recommend you to gently hand wash them in room temperature/cold water with mild detergent. No bleach or strong detergents.
No Dryer Always.
The heat from a dryer can ruin your intimates too, so let's not risk it. You can simply hang dry your intimates by laying it flat or over a hanger, viola, it will be dry & fresh in no time!
