Backorders

If you have placed a Backorder item, please take note of the following:

The estimated arrival date will be indicated on the product page. Should there be any updates on the Backorder order arrival date, it will be updated on the same product page too.
Your order will be shipped as 1 shipment, there will not be a partial fulfilment thus once the Backorder arrives, it will be sent out together.
Once the Backorder arrives, it will be updated on the same product page and your order will be processed within 1-3 working days. Local delivery takes 1-2 working days, while overseas delivery up to 10 working days.
If you would like to have your order first without waiting for the Backorder to arrive, please check out separately.
