Operations Management Assistant
Based in Singapore (in Chai Chee, near Bedok North MRT Station)
Job Description
We are seeking for an individual to assist in our back-office operations in Singapore.
The candidate must be task-oriented to ensure smooth function of the daily operations and a team-player to work together in a team to overcome the challenges of operating a fast growing e-commerce business.
This is the perfect gig for someone seeking to receive exposure on the warehouse & order fulfilment operations of an e-commerce business and take great pride in running a smooth operation.
Job Scope
- Monitor progress of daily tasks assigned and make necessary adjustments when required according to the priorities set for the day.
- Print packing slips & shipping labels according to B2B & B2C sale orders from all sale channels that our products are selling through (eg. IMINXX.com, TikTok Shop, Shopee Shop etc.).
- Attend to customer enquiries via online marketplaces.
- Attend to and resolve Returns/Exchange requests submitted by the customers.
- Conduct procurement of packing & office supplies when necessary.
- As a team, to perform weekly stock transfer to respective business locations.
- As a team, to perform inbound activities such as receiving, stock-taking, stock-checking, update system, allocate storage location etc.
- As a team, to perform routine stock-taking of the inventory level
- Assist in planning daily tasks assignment for the pickers and packers.
- Assist the packers in fulfilling the orders which include picking, sorting, scanning & packing the ordered items.
- Assist the Sales & Marketing team in any event preparation.
Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience in similar job position preferred.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft Word & Excel and similar software.
- Excellent time management skills & attention to details.
- Producing high quality of work in an organised manner.
- Basic english and good communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Training will be provided.
