Q. Payment has been made for my order but I didn't get any confirmation of my order, what now?

An email confirmation should be on its way to your inbox within 10-15mins after a successful transaction. Meanwhile, do check your junk box as well! If you do not receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours, in addition to a confirming message on screen, you should email our customer care team at info@iminxx.com, to make sure all is well.

Q. Do I have to pay import and sales tax?
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which your order ships.
