Q: How should I wash my intimate wear?
Underwear and shorts are recommended to be washed individually as color transfer may occur. 

We strongly advise to hand wash them in cold water. Yeah it's annoying, but so is a bad hair day. The more delicate you treat them, the longer they’ll last.

  1. If you wish to raise a claim for any affected item(s), kindly submit a claim request by filling up the Claims Form online within 14 days from the date of shipping. The easy steps found in the Claims Form will ensure a fast & easy claim procedure.
  2. You are required to retain the affected item(s) and do not send the affected item(s) back to our fulfilment center before receiving confirmation from our customer care team as a complimentary courier may be arranged to collect the affected item(s) back to our fulfilment center for further processing.
  3. Upon receiving the Claim Request, our customer care team will verify the Claim Request and decide and advise on the best reasonable way to resolve it.

Q. How can I track my order?
After a successful transaction, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address once it's ready. A shipping email confirmation will be sent to you, accompanied with a link to track your order status.
