V2 - I'M IN - Covid-19 Circuit Breaker Extensions till 1st June 2020 Announcements

Hello sweetpeas!

In light of the latest measure to tackle Covid-19 ("circuit breaker") & extension of the circuit breaker period announced on 21st April 2020, taken by the Singapore government to be effective from 07-04-2020 and 01-06-2020, we have prepared an updated FAQ for your convenience. Fret not, your orders are in good hands. We have made business continuation plans on the basis that our operations team can go back to work as scheduled on 02-06-2020.

However, given the dynamic nature of the Covid-19 situation, we also plan to provide progressive updates here and via our social media whenever there is any changes to the current plan.

On a lighter note, let's do our part and nail this Covid-19 problem together, because I can't wait for us to be safe and be able to see each other in person again :)

FAQ'S

1. IMINXX.COM online store remains open with adjusted processing date.
For online orders placed on:
Before 06-04-2020 12:00 pm (cut-off time):
- Orders will be packed and handed over to our delivery partner by 06-04-2020. Customers can expect to receive it within 3 working days and the movement of the parcel can be tracked online in case of any delivery delays. 

After 06-04-2020 12:00 pm to 01-06-2020:
- 1 person from our founders team will be scheduled to be back in our fulfilment center on a weekly basis, 1 day per week, from 4th May 2020 onwards to process your orders. Your order will be processed in sequence based on the date and time you have placed the order, thus the earliest order will be processed first. Once it's being processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking details. Please hang on with us while we work within the limited manpower. We are committed to process the orders expeditiously within our outmost ability.


2. Back-orders
All the back-order items that has arrived by 30-04-20, 1 person from our founders team will be scheduled to be back in our fulfilment center on a weekly basis, 1 day per week, from 4th May 2020 onwards to process your orders. Your order will be processed in sequence based on the date and time you have placed the order, thus the earliest order will be processed first. Once it's being processed, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking details. Please hang on with us while we work within the limited manpower. We are committed to process the orders expeditiously within our outmost ability.

 

3. Exchange validity period will be extended.
For orders with shipping date (purchased online) / purchase date (purchased in retail store) from 07-03-2020 to 01-06-2020, the exchange validity period with be extended to 01-07-2020. This applies to all orders in Singapore only.

 

4. Returns validity period will be extended.
For orders with shipping date (purchased online) / purchase date (purchased in retail store) from 07-03-2020 to 01-06-2020, the returns validity period with be extended to 01-07-2020.

In addition, we have made a temporary pause in accepting the collection date/time for all eligible Returns Request. At the moment, you can start booking the collection date/time again from 01-06-2020 onwards.

 

5. Minimal packaging
For orders made from 06-04-2020 12:00 pm to 01-06-2020, as the 1st priority is to send out your orders as quickly as possible, all orders made during the above mentioned period will not be packed in our I'M IN pink box. This is to save the time required from our 1 man team during this period from folding boxes to processing your orders. Your order will still be sent in sturdy carton boxes to prevent any damage from delivery.  We thank you for your kind understanding.

 

6. I'M IN retail stores adjusted operating days.
From 07-04-2020 to 01-06-2020 ("circuit breaker" period):
- Closed. Please stay at home :)

From 02-06-2020 onwards:
- Reopen at the usual daily opening hours.

 

7. Customer support remains open with adjusted response time.
Our customer support team will be working from home in the interim. We are committed to put in our best to answer all enquiries in a timely fashion. Some delays or inconvenience is expected as the team will not have access to office documents and to the stocks in the warehouse. 

Separately, important updates can also be found on our social media and website to reduce the amount of incoming tickets and creating a bottleneck. Please avoid sending multiple emails as it will delay the response time.
