- Second and subsequent exchanges: S$6.99 restocking fee per request

Item(s) purchased via IMINXX.COM online store can be returned via post/courier to our Singapore fulfillment center.
Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Applies to merchandise purchased from IMINXX.COM only.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of shipping.
- Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
Non-returnable items:

Return Conditions:
- All returned items will undergo a final inspection before a Returns Coupon Code is issued.
- Returns that do not meet the policy will not be accepted. If your order included a Gift With Purchase (GWP), the GWP must be returned. If not, the retail price of the GWP will be deducted from your Returns Coupon Code value.
- Refunds are issued only in the form of a Returns Coupon Code — no cash refunds.
Returns Coupon Code:
