Hello sweetpeas!
In light of the latest measure to tackle Covid-19 ("circuit breaker") taken by the Singapore government to be effective from 07-04-2020 and 04-05-2020, we have prepared a FAQ for convenience. Fret not, your orders are in good hands. We have made business continuation plans on the basis that our back-end operations team can go back to work as scheduled on 05-05-2020.
However, given the dynamic nature of the Covid-19 situation, we also plan to provide progressive updates here and via our social media whenever there is any changes to the current plan.
On a lighter note, let's do our part and nail this Covid-19 problem together, because I can't wait for us to be safe and be able to see each other in person again :)

FAQ'S
| 1 | ) | Back-orders will be given highest priority. |
| All the back-order items have been scheduled to arrive in our fulfilment center before the current "circuit breaker" period ends. Our delivery partner is qualified to continue operating over the stated period, thus no further disruption is expected in fulfiling the back-orders at the moment. Our operations team is also scheduled to be back in our fulfilment center on 05-05-2020 to start processing the back-orders in the queue with the highest priority. |
| 2 | ) | Exchange validity period will be extended. |
| For orders with shipping date (purchased online) / purchase date (purchased in retail store) from 07-03-2020 to 04-05-2020, the exchange validity period with be extended to 05-06-2020. This applies to all orders in Singapore only. |
| 3 | ) | Returns validity period will be extended. |
| For orders with shipping date (purchased online) / purchase date (purchased in retail store) from 07-03-2020 to 04-05-2020, the returns validity period with be extended to 05-06-2020. In addition, we have made a temporary pause in accepting the collection date/time for all eligible Returns Request. At the moment, you can start booking the collection date/time again from 05-05-2020 onwards. |

| Before 06-04-2020 12:00 pm (cut-off time): | ||
| - Orders will be packed and handed over to our delivery partner by 06-04-2020. Customers can expect to receive it within 3 working days and the movement of the parcel can be tracked online in case of any delivery delays. | ||
| After 06-04-2020 12:00 pm to 04-05-2020: | ||
| - Our operations team is scheduled to be back in our fulfilment center on 05-05-2020 to start fulfilling the orders placed over the stated period. We are commited to process the orders expeditiously within our outmost ability. |

| From 04-04-2020 (Sat) to 06-04-2020 (Mon): | ||
