3rd Gen Non-Slip Strapless Bra Order Update

First and foremost, we are sorry. We would like to take this opportunity to apologise to all customers that purchased the backorder for 3rd Gen Non-Slip Strapless Bra in Nude(Size 32A/B - 34A/B/C - 36A) & Black Size 34C.

We felt that you need to know what happened. The stocks arrived last week and as the operations team proceeded to do the quality check, they failed the quality check due to fabric discolourations. Sending the best quality intimates to our customers has always been our first priority, and knowing that it didn’t pass our internal quality check, it is with deepest regret that we are unable to send out your orders.

We understand that many of you have waited for a long time and are disappointed. We are deeply apologetic about this incident and it taught the team a great lesson.

If you are one of the affected customers, you will be receiving another email on 23rd April with the list of options for your order. A small gift will also be included in your order to express our sincerity.

Thank you for being patient with us and supporting us. We are working hard to serve you better and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
